FOTCH FAMILY FUN DAY
12/5/2012

St Peter and St Paul, Tring, Saturday 12th May 2012, from 10am. Stand by for a great day of family fun at our birthday event. There will be stalls, food, BBQ, live music all day and maypole dancers on church square. The highlight will surely be the Teddy Tower Terror, which will hurl teddies down the zip wire from the church tower.

Twice a year we hold an informal planning lunch, where friends can meet and hear about FOTCH plans. Everyone is welcome to attend, please confirm how many friends you are bringing by emailing info@fotch.co.uk. We ask for a donation of just £3 each to cover costs.

FESTIVE CHORAL EVENSONG FOR CANDLEMAS

On Sunday 29th Jan 2011 there was a Festive Choral Evensong at St Peter and St Paul to celebrate Candlemas. The congregation must have enjoyed the service as most of them stayed for a glass of wine and a crisp. Thank you to Richard for organising the choir, directing the music so expertly . Thank you to Revd. Huw Bellis for creating the Candelmas service format, for delivering a great sermon and for welcoming & accommodating the massed choir.

JAZZ ON A SUMMER’S DAY

Tring Park School, Tring, Saturday 11th June 2011, 6.30pm. This sell out session saw us enjoying classical country house entertainment with the best of British jazz.

FOTCH FAMILY FUN DAY
7/5/2011

St Peter and St Paul, Tring, Saturday 7th May 2011, from 10am. We had a great day! The weather was friendly and the churchyard was packed with people, the BBQ did a roaring trade and the maypole dancers wowed Tring. The church was full of music all day which was much appreciated by our largest audiences ever and more people than ever enjoyed the Teddy Tower Terror, which hurled over 200 teddies down the zip wire from the church tower.

A RIGHT ROYAL OCCASION

We presented a very successful concert of choruses, anthems, solos and duets with Royal connections. Great fun was had by all and we are looking to stage something similar in late 2011.

RATS, IT’S THE PLAGUE

FOTCH has created an hour long, "fun and informative" dramatic session about Medieval life in Hertfordshire that supports the key stage 3 curriculum. Grahame Senior and Vivianne Child presented "RATS" to sixty year 7 students.
